Dear Potential Hunton Pool Service Client, I am writing to highly recommend Hunton Pool Service. Glen has been servicing our pool since January of 2021. The owner of our previous pool service company was moving, and Glen was taking over his clients. It has been such an easy transition. At our residence, we have issues with a challenging entry point to our pool and we have dogs that have access to the yard. Glen always gives me a heads up when he is on his way so I can make sure he has access and that the dogs are inside. Glen is very thorough in his process of sweeping/skimming, checking the chemicals and removing any debris from the skimmer and pool sweep. After every service I receive an email letting me know the services performed and notes with any issues or concerns. We have run into a couple of issues with items needing to be replaced or repaired. Glen immediately alerts us to any issues and will send pictures and notes of exactly what the problem is. Any quotes we have needed on items have been received in a timely manner and with the option of us taking care of it or having Glen do the repair. I cannot say enough nice things about Glen! My neighbors saw Glen’s truck in front of our house one day when he was here, and they asked him about servicing their pool. I ran into them a couple of weeks ago and they said their pool has never looked better. I highly recommend Hunton Pool Service!
